Terms for end-users who interact with bots connected to our platform

By interacting with a Telegram bot connected to the FlashCom Broadcast Application ("App" or "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose
The Service enables bot owners to send broadcast messages to their subscribers. By using such bots, you agree to receive these messages.
2. Information Collected
When you interact with a bot, the following information is collected:
- Your Telegram ID (a unique numerical identifier)
- Your first name as shown on your Telegram profile
- Your Telegram username (if you have one set)
- Your language preference settings
- Timestamps of your interactions with the bot
This data is stored to enable broadcast delivery and improve service quality.
3. How Your Data Is Used
Your information is used for the following purposes:
- To deliver broadcast messages from bot owners
- To maintain subscriber lists for bots you interact with
- To provide analytics to bot owners about message delivery
- To improve the overall service quality and user experience
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as you remain subscribed to a bot's broadcasts. You can unsubscribe at any time by blocking the bot or using the unsubscribe functionality if provided by the bot. Additionally, we reserve the right to delete your data at any time, even if you are still subscribed, for operational or regulatory reasons.
5. Acceptable Use
- You must not misuse the bot or Service.
- You may block or unsubscribe from @BotBroadBot if you no longer wish to receive broadcasts from that specific bot.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account.
6. Broadcasts
The service is a broadcast system. We are not responsible for messages, including spam, sent by users through their bots. We encourage you to block any bot you no longer wish to receive messages from. The Service includes an anti-filtering system on broadcasts to ensure delivery.
7. Security, Spam & Harmful Links
Broadcast messages are created and sent by bot owners. They may contain promotional content, spam, or links to external websites. FlashCom does not review, verify, or endorse these broadcasts. By receiving broadcasts, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Some broadcasts may include spam or unwanted promotional messages.
- Links may lead to unknown or harmful websites, malware, or phishing attempts.
- FlashCom is not liable for any damage, loss, or harm caused by third-party broadcasts.
You are encouraged to block or unsubscribe from any bot that sends unwanted or suspicious messages, and to exercise caution before clicking links or downloading files.
8. Liability
Bot owners are responsible for the content of broadcasts. FlashCom is not liable for misuse or harmful content distributed by developers.
9. Platform Messages
Occasionally, FlashCom may send important platform-wide announcements or updates to all users connected to the system. These messages are typically related to service updates, policy changes, or important notifications.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Stop receiving messages from any bot by blocking it
- Request removal of your data from a bot's subscriber list
- Know what information is being collected about you
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through platform-wide broadcasts or by other means. Continued use of bots connected to our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
