Data Export to Bot Owners

Bot owners may export subscriber information in CSV, JSON or EXCEL format containing your Telegram ID, first name, username, language code, and join date. This allows them to manage their broadcast lists and analyze their subscriber base. We require developers to handle exported data responsibly and in compliance with our terms.

6. Risks from Spam or Harmful Content

Broadcasts may contain third-party content such as promotions, spam, or external links. FlashCom does not control or monitor the content of these broadcasts. As such:

  • Messages may include unverified links or unknown promotional material.
  • We are not responsible for spam, malware, or phishing attempts originating from broadcasts.
  • Users should treat links and files in broadcasts with caution, especially when sent from unknown or untrusted sources.

If you no longer wish to receive such messages, you may block or unsubscribe from the relevant bot at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Right to Access: You can request information about what data we have stored about you
  • Right to Rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate data
